*Q. Thoughts on the round today?*
DANNY CHIA: I've been hitting okay. Just not getting the speed good on my
putting today. I think that's probably why there's a lot of lip-outs and
stuff. I think overall, I did all right. I think I hit a lot of good shots.
Just mainly I think I lose it on the green today.
*Q. Seems to be the story of Team Asia, the putting this week?*
DANNY CHIA: Yeah, the speed, it changes every day, so it's kind of a bit
different. It's not easy to judge them. Especially I think mainly Team Asia
is a bit more nervous in terms of this experience and this format of play.
Again, this is a great event for us to gain experience to play against
these guys. These guys are good, so you don't get a lot of easy matches out
there. Every single match is tough.
*Q. Talk about the experience of your first EurAsia Cup.*
DANNY CHIA: It was great. I actually quite enjoyed myself here this week.
You know, get to play against these big boys. It's fun. I'm happy with
everything that's been going. I think Jeev and Liang have done a good job
leading the Asia team this week.
*Q. Is this the sort of tournament that can help your career and make you a
DANNY CHIA: It will in terms of experience, because I mean, you know, in
Asia, we don't get to play this kind of format very often, especially at
like five birdie and one eagle. by Lee Westwood

Q. Nicholas, really disappointing day for you today out there?
NICHOLAS FUNG: Yeah, I played not so bad, and of course, I played with
the former No. 1, one of the match-play king. He really played well,
like five birdie and one eagle.

Q. Tell us about the round.
THONGCHAI JAIDEE: Yeah, I played not good, not like my normal. Missed
a lot of putts. But Europe going to be a very strong anyway. That's
what I told you. Andy, very solid, he didn't make any mistakes today.
He made very good up-and-downs and good putt. For me, I miss a couple
putts, that's why we lose. This time, you have to be in the fairway
and play on the green. But we are not in form anyway, not my normal
putting, and driver is not in the fairway. That's why the golf course,
if you find any fairway, they are going to be good. Miss a lot of
fairways, and that's why we lose for them. It's okay. It's a good try.

Aphibarnrat Quick Quotes
Q. How difficult was it? Did you almost pull out in the morning?
KIRADECH APHIBARNRAT: Tough golf. I decide to play because the way
Jeev was doing to us, they had like 100 percent to us. I just try to,
I mean, if I pull out this morning, Europe are going to get a point.
But anyway, if I going to lose a point, I would like to try. But I
didn't play until 18 hole, but I try my best today. Not like 100
percent before teeing off.
Q. How long have you had this injury?
KIRADECH APHIBARNRAT: I've been having it on the first round. But it's
getting better, by second round. Hopefully it will be fine. Yesterday
it's getting worse. Yesterday night it's getting worse. I woke up this
morning and went straight to range, hit five, six balls and go back to
physio again and try to work as much as I can.
Q. Did it affect your play in any way?
KIRADECH APHIBARNRAT: Yeah, I can't hit the ball -- I can tell it's
not my game. Even though I'm putting well, I hit a lot of good shots
but I hit it -- I have to make this putt because I not have a lot of
chance. I'm saying it's been quite tough to play with injury. When you
can't swing it well, I don't know how it's going to be the score.
Q. I'm sure you're not happy to look at the score like right now. Just
tell me in your mind what you think did not work for Asia this week?
KIRADECH APHIBARNRAT: Europe got a strong player this week and then
they perform well. I mean, everyone working well. All the players and
captain, Jeev, was playing great.
